A rip off?

So, I was answering a inquiry for emile and on the website I refered him to, I came across this picture:

Now, for those who are aware of it, doesn't this design, especially the wings, rear body and engine pod design look a whole lot like the initial design for the AVRO 730 Recon aircaft?
I guess some design are not as original as some might think.

That's cert. Those layout tatolly concern to VTOL which is really a new aspect for aviation at that time, even today, alot of airplane actually do not to be similar with their original layout F-22 for example. So that you said is natural.

I've found that if you evaluate the design history up to the F-22, it would lead one back the the North Amercan FJ Fury.
