What is really above top secret, really about?

This rats, what is it, can anyone talk about it at all......


I just wanted to know if it was truly worth the 5000points and so on, I mean what is this forum about and do you have to be special smart to post a thread.

I have seen forums threads posted by administrators but is there anyone who can shed light about this RATS and what it is all about for me and others.
