False. I spent a couple years of undergrad studies (about 6 years ago) working in a genetics laboratory, and many of my friends are now PhDs in
biochem, genetics, etc. , and they can tell you as well as I that transfecting a virus with new DNA is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and not very efficient as
