that they dont have a clue.

Ok, I just had to post this. It is just too funny.

Weather Underground

.Precipitation/temperature outlooks... .... Extreme southern Missouri and
southern Kansas have equal chances for above... below... or near
average temperatures. The 8-14 day precipitation outlook for Jul
8-Jul 14 calls for near equal chances of above... below... or
average precipitation across the entire area. The 30 day outlook for
July 2006 indicates a slightly better than normal chance for above
average temperatures across the area. There is an equal chance for
precipitation to be above... below... or near average in July 2006.
The 90 day precipitation and temperature outlook for the period July
through September 2006 also indicates a slightly better than normal
chance for above average temperatures... and an equal chance for
above... below... or near average precipitation. More information can
be obtained from the climate prediction centers (cpc) outlook web
site at: www.CPC.NOAA.Gov...

This was a group effort put together by all our top meteorologists including the NOAA/S, and the National Weather Service.

hummmm....so there's a slightly better than normal chance for precipitation and temps to be above, below or near normal.....and their getting paid!?!?!
