The arab refugees, sorry 'palestinians" kidnap an israeli soldier then the refugee government tries to make demands for his return. MOving it from a terrorist act to that of a psuedo state. So israel goes and takes a good percentage of the gov hostage as well as alot of top hamas leaders...
