I can't believe that none of you Anti- Bush, American Haters, Pure sweet innocent Iraqi farmers trapped in Gitmo lovers haven't commented on this.

The Supreme Court states Bush doesn't have the right to hold these men without charges.

So... If you attack America don't worry we will defend your right to do it.

Please tell me. These people were captured overseas, held overseas and we squeeze them for info. WHat rights do they have? Why are they able to qualify for the same rights as legal American citizens?

What time in history did enemy combatants receive these rights? Ever. In the world.

They are NOT POW's.

Now I am sure you are angry with the verdict (apparently), but why the need to put such a flaming thread starter? Was it to get people talking and fighting? I approached responding to this thread with a bit of trepidation. It seems like you were looking more for a fight than discussing the issue. Just my $.02
