Who "Owns" ATS ?

I seem to recall reading that ATS is a British owned/sponsored site, but with the content being so heavily American, it doesn't look that way.

British, American, or somewhere else ?

The site was created by a Brit, Simon Gray. He has since formed a partnership, the ATS LLP, with SkepticOverlord(New York) and Springer(Oklahoma I think) aka "The Three Amigos." ATS has many international members but the majority are from the US.
