Tobasco sauce or salsa made form tomatos, onions, green chilis, garlic and jalapenos. Spicy and not for people with heart problems or New Englanders.

tobasco is great stuff for most stuff.. but not really veggies.. i like sautee veggies in a waterd down salad dressing like italian or sweet onion, the kraft signatures are the best..

Curry spices ! Just about anything can be turned into a curry. Just so long as you like spicey food ....

Also good for covering the taste of rancid meat .... (so I'm told!)

Yer, i agree with these guys...if anything tastes a bit cr*appy, just splas a bit (or a lot) of Tabasco or chilli pwder into it. Livens up your entire palette, and not just the dish..

pepper sauce. It does wonders for all sorts of cooking mistakes, plus it enhances the flavor for mediocre stuff.

Another thing occured to do with bland food....

Give it to the dogs and go out to your favorite BBQ or Tiquetorita joint.
