How is Rock Band? I'm in Canada and we got the shaft on shipping. I'm hoping to have it by Christmas. I'm not much of an expert on GH3, but I enjoy playing it online. I'm in a game right now, and will probably forget afterwards, so send me a request when you read this.. if I haven't sent you one yet.

I think Rock Band is, by far, much better than Guitar Hero 3.

I bet GH3 in a day and half, and since I got Rock band a few weeks ago, I'm still working on finishing it in Band World Tour.

GH3 has more of the mainstream songs on it, but Rock Band has quite a bit that I've never heard before, which I like.

I get more of a movie like feel to it when I play, as apposed to GH3 just feeling kind of cartoonish. Don't get me wrong, I love the GH series, but I just like Rock Band a little bit more.

Try the drums when you get a chance!

Thanks for the review. I've got a copy pre-ordered, so I'm just waiting on it to come in. I'm still working on GH3, but I don't play it as much as some of the others. I haven't beaten it on Hard yet, so my skills still need some work.

GH3 has a few covers and a few of the real tracks. Am I right in saying that most of Rock Band is made up of the actual songs? As opposed to lame covers?

Most of them are the actual songs, but a handful are covers.

I really have a hard time telling, but if you look for Rock Band on Wiki, it has a list of what's the orginal track and what's a cover.
