....what makes people tick?

It's kind of a personality type of quiz, depending on what type of character you resemble.
There are three catagories,
Motivation/
Life appraoch/
Work style/
What influences you?
eg/ Is it people in general,
or does 'Power' play a part?
Or do you just want to leave that last impression ?

Take the quiz...
What makes people tick?

Enjoy...

Iam a people person

Your answers to the quiz mean that you're a People Person, motivated most by those around you.

What does being a People Person mean?
If you're a People Person, you're fascinated by the human race, you place people at the centre of your world. You not only sit at a street cafe watching the world go by, but catch people's eyes, get talking to them and end up exchanging Christmas cards for the next ten years! You may have a large network of contacts, kept going on a reciprocal deal of help and help alike - and you hate it when you lose friends.

As a People Person, you don't have to be an extrovert. You may prefer contact one-on-one, have just a few close friends, or even be a loner. The main issue here is that a People Person thinks that people are the most important thing, values them enormously and is affected by them deeply.

What sort of work suits a People Person?
People Person jobs are people centred. Think medicine, counselling, social work, teaching - the traditional 'caring services'. You don't necessarily need to be socially competent. What you do need is to be able to put people first and always. These careers can lead to burnout because they are soooo draining of your time and compassion. But the rewards are many, and colleagues often turn into the best of friends.

What sort of play suits a People Person?
As you're affiliation-oriented, you'll do best at hobbies where people are valued. You may fight shy of competitive sport - instead, you'll be most motivated by the support of other people - going to a class, training with a friend, working with a personal coach.

At a dinner party you'll... be great at noticing what other people need - so you'll pour the wine and pass the food. You'll be most fascinated by the way everyone's relating to each other.

People Person anthem: You'll never walk alone (Gerry and The Pacemakers);

People Person TV show: Friends.

If things get tough you'll... know just who to call for help... offer support where it's needed... rely on your people skills to get you through.

At worst... you can be susceptible to peer pressure... too soft in business.... vulnerable in love... not as assertive as you'd like to be.

At best ... you really get on with people ... you're a great listener ... you'll do anything for anyone ... you can be the life and soul of the party ... you are a wonderful friend...
