how much of that stuff was real and how much was fake?... im talking about the filming. in one scene they throw a cat into a pack of rats and it gets eaten alive... i think thats real. in another scene they disect a living corpse... the corpse is real. what else?

this is a very explosive film.

I've heard of the film reading articles about "extreme" films. I can't say that I am interested in watching it but I suppose one day I will. I looked up the cat thing and there is some debate over whether or not it is real. I found this interview with the director where it seems that the cat scene was real.

On its IMDB page there is debate over that cat scene. Some claim that it is real others suggest that it is fake.
