well i don't exactly know what is required to be recognised as a country, but apparently there's some guy who managed to set one up in his
apartment. dont ask me how, but somehow it's all been approved through the UN and stuff. i'll try and find a link to back that up,.

independence. They petitioned the UN for recognition as a new country, but were ignored.
