Question about Vortex Propulsion

I had a question regarding Vortex Propulsion and the work done by Schauberger. Does anyone have any information on how exactly this works? I know it centers around the movement of air to levitate a craft higher and higher into the air. I am however, a little fuzzy on the specifics of this process. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it basically acts on the same principle as a tornado.

Remote control craft using the principal have been flying for some months. JLN Labs is now working on one a meter wide.
