I've created a background I want to use for my profile yet I'm being told I must type in the exact name of it from the upload centre.

Where is this upload centre?

Here are instructions on how to proceed:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Pay special attention to uploading the file name. I think that is where most people have problems.

Use the filename only, including extension. Don't include the http://... header

Should look something like this ---> ats34567_imagename.jpg

assuming that you have uploaded it there, and properly.
