I have heard of so many theories that everyday is the end, that I have become
numb to the fact when some says there is another one. Until I see the devil himself throwing balls of fire at my face while howling banshes attack my soul , I will remain skeptic. Sorry but to many to take any of them serious anymore. Maybe Im just getting old

No one is predicting an attack, per say....
There are reports of several thousands of Gov employees going underground indefinitely for an "exercise" on continuing government stability... and there has also been a report that North Korea plans on "testing" their nuclear capabilities
today, as well.... A bit unsettling a tad too ironic for most of us... We'll see.

Practical Countermeasures

Unless you're participating in the underground bunker exercise, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to put on sunblock.

It's going to be a hot day.

Get in the bathtub and place a pillow over your head.

Stay there until UN troops come for you.

.

.

.

Seriously though? I dunno..go to work, probably. Do some sock laundry? Read a book, or get back to writing one...

If only I could take my own advice.

AP
The USS Abraham Lincoln, USS Kitty Hawk and USS Ronald Reagan carrier strike groups steam in formation during a joint photo exercise (PHOTOEX) in preparation for Valiant Shield 2006 on Sunday in the Pacific Ocean. The PHOTOEX featured 14 ships as well as 17 aircraft from Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corp including a B2 bomber. The Kitty Hawk Carrier Strike Group is currently participating in Valiant Shield 2006, the largest joint exercise in recent history. Held in the Guam operating area beginning June 19-23, the exercise involves 28 Naval vessels including three carrier strike groups, more than 300 aircraft and more than 20,000 service members from the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.

You're fine, don't worry 'bout it. These guys like to 'stir the pot' every so often.
