According to you. IMO demons (evil) are nonexistent entities which were used to describe the aspects of humanity which we hated (appropriately our
more basal instincts). The idea of angels (good) represent what we like.
The ideas of God and the Devil are ways for humanity to waive all blame from ourselves, making us not responsible for anything we do (can be seen in
phrases like "I'm doing God's work" and "The Devil made me do it." Genghis Khan also used it as a means of justifying himself, basically saying
"God sent me here. If you had not been so bad God wouldn't have sent me to punish you.")
