In an obvious concession to political correctness, a grand jury has decided not to indict Cynthia Mckinney for her brash assault on a Capitol Police officer.

A District of Columbia grand jury declined to return an indictment against U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney, who was accused of assaulting Capitol Police Officer Paul McKenna in an April altercation. An incident report filed last month by the Capitol Police said McKenna was "physically assaulted" by the Georgia Democrat, who hit him with a "closed fist."

Well, she played the system. Dragged it out to the point where the facts were blurred. The DC cops aren't happy about this, tho, and I hope she gets her fat butt nailed to the wall in the very near future. It will happen, because she's too dumb to stay out of trouble.
