By chance doing a Google search, Iran across this article.

It is the Weekly World News, so I wonder if this person exists. Isn't the WWN just a tabloid with sensational stories? I am not a reader of it.

Anyway this guy is said to be trying to get a US government contract for bar coding.
He wants codes on foreheads. Of course his name say a lot also.

Just 15 minutes of fame for some guy or just a tabloid story?
This cannot be real, can it?

exactly my thoughts, crakeur. you really can't trust anything from these things, though the stories can be quite humerous at times.
