Hmmm... Abdominal pain, nausea and dehydration... Does that sound flu-like? In any case, I'll be watching this for further developments.

Thanks.

The diversion to Mexico is very odd.

Maybe swallowed drugs for illegal import and then blew up in stomachs ?

Hey, guys, what are the odds that the same thing can happen twice to a Continental airliner around Houston?

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Please read the second post I make in that thread. This very same thing was reported and then the news article was jerked and we never saw anything else on it.

Even if you accept there really can be some coincidences...this one is equivalent to standing in a field on today and getting struck by lightning...and then going back same day same time exact same location next year and getting struck again.

hmmmm

Great coincidence, Valhall!

It will be interesting to see what happens this time.

You know, I was just about to mention something specific to the plane...

See, for example, this other thread of mine:

Pilots poisoned by contaminated air

here's a couple of phone numbers at the Lima Peru, Jorge Chavez Airport
www.lap.com.pe...

maybe someone in personnal services can help you find out about the
detour to Mexico of that flight.

+++

at 23:55 there is another Continental flight CO591, departing to Houston

if anyone wants to monitor the oddity that Vahall is pointing out

I can see that causing nausea and abdominal pain, but dehydration? That's the one that bothers me. Diarrhea causes dehydration, and that could be from food. Or a flu...

Wow, Val, that 'coincidence' is pretty interesting...

I hope we hear more on this.

This article is reporting:

Officials say the individuals may have become ill from something they drank or ate before they on the flight.

More:

All had been working as missionairies in Peru, according to a Continental spokesperson...

Continental determined no quarantine was necessary and they were allowed to go on to their next destinations.

There are no coincidences.

Has anyone heard anything else on this? Why go to Mexico???

"Officials say thay may have", huh?

I hate that phrase.

They "may have" all been infected by a bot fly now boring its way into their necks, too.

Gotta love the officials. I hope they're right.

pitstop for tequila and sombreros.

I guessed food poisoning as the excuse. what'd I win?

...So long as they're not contagious.....

Could they have been sent to Mexico because it is similar as to afflictions instead of the USA? In other words, Mexicans could be immune to whatever this may be?
