The first time I saw that pic a couple years ago, I felt so insulted it's hard to describe. Maybe because the version for men is the blow-up doll? Or that there are women who would buy the thing to compensate for being alone?

No the male version wouldn't be a blow up doll because they actually do make blow up dolls for women as well.
