How to rename a link?

This question may show how glaringly unsavvy I am about such things but I would really like to know if someone can tell me how to rename a link. I've tried fooling around with it on my own but to no success.
For example, instead of the mile long...

blahblahblahtoolongtoreadnonsenselooksamateurish...

....how can I get it to say simply,

Click Here

Right above the post box there are a bunch of square buttons, the one with a globe/earth, right in the middle, seventh from either end, is for links. You can create your own title for set link.
