A Christ like solution on dealing with enemies

Its Kind of strange that our "Christian" leaders in the Whitehouse
dont follow the instruction in Romans 12:20

If your enemy is hungry,feed him
If he is thirsty,give him something to drink
In by Doing this you will heap burning coals on
their heads
Do not be overcome by Evil,but overcome evil with good

I guess they found a better way !!
