With all these people claiming to have the ability of remote viewing and other psychic/psionic skills, would it not be possible to view government facilities that exist out of public reach. And has anyone tried it or even bothered describing it?

Stargate? That's all they did for the CIA. Look inside bunkers across the world and find hostages.

I'm aware of the Stargate program, however these RV'ers were/are employed by the CIA. So it's not like they're going to disclose anything to the public, atleast not that I know of at this time.

the problem is they have probably thought about this(i.e government), and some how there may be some sort of protection or blockage against it.

people probably have tried, but like i said there is probably technology to block someone viewing stuff today.
