Indeed....here at work, we have just analysed the tactics (we are all obviously far better football tacticians than any professional ) Sven used and have come to the conclusion....... he is a muppet.

He is using the players all wrong, using tactics that English players don't use and generally is much of the same that we have used in the past when he haven't done as well as we should.

I dont know if you've ever seen Lee Evans doing stand up, but on one of his shows, he's on about how people watching football in the crowd, will shout stuff like...:
"go round him, jeez, i could do that with my bleedin eyes shut!"
And he said what they should do, is stop the game, and say to the crowd.....:
"no....just...YOU"
and point to the fan who shouted. At which point, he would get all quiet and just go:
"what me?...i dont know...i just thought, you know...you could go round him...i dont know"

If this is the show that England hope to put up I think Germany, Argentina and like mentioned Tricycle and Tobacco can breath easy. Can you blame the guys they have that senile Sven as a manager? He's like a damn guest in the English squad!

HA HA. I am not having a go, but you can sure tell your American from your statement. Crouch would be useless in defense. He is probably only good in attack as he is so good with his feet and has ariel power (sometimes) considering his height. Whether England could play a better formation I am not qualified to say. As for Mourinho being in charge, that would never happen. Why people expect England to win so comfortable is beyond me. They are only a 3 man team most of the time. Quarter finals again if lucky.

Oh and by the way, you know more about 'soccer' than I do US football. Just to show I am not be over critical mate!
