Thought on this one?

I came across this pic while reading the link from another thread.

At first I thought it had to be a blimp but the close up looks as though it does curve back into a circular pattern. I can't tell if there are lights surrounding it or it is a group of silver (reflective) arranged baloons.

Thoughts?

Could be ballons, but then again "darting about" as description hardly fits ballons. Which is pretty vague in the first place.

I'd say its a UFO, plain and simple
