The future of medical technology?

Hey guys,

Where do you think medical technology will end up at its current rate? Do you think they'll be able to eventually regrow new limbs for amputees? Full repair of broken spines? Literal transfer of someone's mind into a new body of their selection? I have also heard that scientists have nearly broken down the aging genes into solvable problems... What do you guys think?
