Revelation of the name of the Beast

We were told that the AntiChrist will emerge & force every person on Earth, to receive his mark, (in the right hand, or in the head) or he/she will not be able to buy or sell anything. Which would also mean they will be unable to participate in life in general.

Those who refuse the mark will be seen as outcasts, & hunted down & killed. (Which would set the ultimate example, & will scare many people into accepting the mark)

NOW..... Here's what I see happening "today".....

President Bush gave a speech on immigration laws recently, & one of the changes, or new plans, is to issue all "guest workers" (to start with anyway) a TAMPER-PROOF BIOMETRIC I.D.

With current IDs & documents being easily forged & altered, what would be the best way to ensure these new IDs are NOT tampered with? Hmmmmm... maybe, implant them into the body?
You see, the "guest workers" MUST have these IDs to work here, & to buy & sell in the U.S. (They have already started using these microchips in other countries as a way to pay for things & for ID purposes)

It is not one person as all of you are thinking.

You have the wrong idea about Christ... which is the beginning of the misconception.
Christ is a conciousness, yet it is more than that.... Jesus didn't come here to save all of us, we are not the one out of the ninety nine that has lost it's way... we have already recieved the grace, he has come to save his brother(satan/lucifer), to show his brother(satan/lucifer) whom his father(God) is...

The person who doesn't believe Christ came to save his brother is the anti-christ..

What this says is, if you DON'T believe that JESUS is THE Christ, you are wrong, & have been deceived by Satan's lies.

The AntiChrist will come as a peaceful man, tricking people into thinking he's good. He'll then claim to be the messiah, & proclaim himself higher than God.
THIS is the AntiChrist. & he will be the master of deception, & misinformation. Like no other before him.

He'll speak sweet words, & suck many people into his lies.

After all, why would anyone follow someone who was openly & blatantly evil??

Keep in mind that "Anti" not only means "against", but also "instead of, or in place of". meaning, he'll come in place of the true Christ. Which is why he must come BEFORE the true messiah, & must appear to be peaceful, & offer a false hope.

The person who doesn't believe Christ came to save his brother, is NOT the AntiChrist, but a lost soul.

Maitreya does fit the script for being the false prophet aspect.

He is considered the coming "World Teacher", who is supposed to bring world peace and end world hunger. Maitraya worshippers are already claiming that he's here and is even performing miracles.

The other aspect is the political Anti-Christ. This is where it gets tricky because the true Antichrist is supossed to "give life unto the beast". When you consider "The Beast" to be computer AI, it makes sense that the political anti-Christ is the man in power and gives the ok to activate the system, which I've buitl a strong case that it will be a hybrid system involving biological computation (beast by defintion) and it will surely use software models based on biological brain functions. This would be the next president of the US, because NASA/DARPA AI systems are set to go online between 2010-2012. This isn't easy to explain in a few paragraphs, and God or no God these issues apply to EVERYONE on Earth, because we face the destruction of humanity in several differnet ways.

And where would this be? I know of no place where Jesus rebukes anybody for claiming that He (Christ) was God.

i read somewhere years ago that 666 referred to the ruler of rome..and as the pope is the spiritual ruler of rome it fits perfectly....

Chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation -- from which the very discussion of "the beast" is even derived -- is the first appearance of this 666 person. He is given power to reign for 3-and-one-half years, then it's curtains for him. His initial appearance is half-way through the seven-year tribulation period (which, based on the text's descriptions of that tumultuous time, has not yet begun), which is the longest focus of Revelation's narrative.

To me, it seems impossible to know who this person is until he dramatically appears on the political scene (complete with a resurrection from a fatal head-wound). But it is interesting to guess which chaotic authority figure today might ascend to wreak global levels of wrong.

John wrote Revelation in Greek. The thing is you cannot look at this in a vacuum (but that's exactly what is done "some guy in a cave in exile"). Since John wrote this in Greek and since Greek was the language of basically the world in that day, then it is logical that other sources (as in Greek) must have related other Biblical texts.

It is very unfortunate that "historians" and "scholars" have either like morons not grasped this, or more likely, purposely acted as if this is in fact not actually the case. In fact, the Old Testament even gave clues to this because it describes a lineage for this Beast not just a place for this Beast to come from - these are in fact not one and the same although they are viewed that way incorrectly. Again, this has been misconstrued.

There is even this teaching about the lost tribe of Dan.........again this is taken out of context. Reason being the tribe of Dan is not actually called the tribe of Dan.

There is a very good reason why powerful people and high ups in secret societies needed to learn ancient Greek, and yes even the language spoken today in Greece is "modern" Greek.

It is very, very clear what the name of the Beast is.
