Russia Returns To The Moon... With HSP's

Russia's head of space programs Nickolai Moiseev has announced a return to the Moon with the "Luna-Glob" mission. Russia joins U.S., China, India, Japan and Europe in plans to explore the Moon. Russia's mission slated for a 2012 timeframe launch will use 10 proposed HSP's (high speed penetrators) to "sound" the Lunar surface.
