Russia's head of space programs Nickolai Moiseev has announced a return to the Moon with the "Luna-Glob" mission. Russia joins U.S., China, India,
Japan and Europe in plans to explore the Moon. Russia's mission slated for a 2012 timeframe launch will use 10 proposed HSP's (high speed
penetrators) to "sound" the Lunar surface. Seems the race back to the Moon is on in earnest and those who may wish to read a bit more may wish to
