Yes- the big secret to good health, disease free living--one main key is WHAT YOU ARE EATING, DRINKING, and EXCERCISE !! You are supposed to treat
your body to every meal with food that helps it "run" better--not to eat just to be eating cuz it looks, tastes and smells wonderful. Make sure you
take a good multivitamin too cuz you can't eat enough food each day to cover all vitamins, minerals, etc.
The major population in the US is OBESE big time !! Sit outside of your largest retail store in your city and watch who goes in and out of the
store and HOW MANY can't even walk !!! Pitiful...
