MS "eyeing" Ebay?

MS's "Mr. Bill" may be at it again... part Ferengi? Ebay is in the crosshairs according to many... here's a link. I can't get on the New York Post site from Canada since I got home, can an ATS'er oblige and check the link and see if it is still good (Pieman' got your ears on)?

I find it may be "startin' to get a little scary" depending on one's perspective, seems the strong get stronger... end to end command of the media supply and demand wasn't enough I guess? Are there or should there be reasonable limits? Or just all Darwin and ruthless?
