How and when did that become popular?!?!? I see it in young boys and teenagers. Not too much in 20+. and not one person over 30 has it (except Tom Hanks).
This isn't just with White/Caucasian boys, this is ALSO within the other American ethnicities. Black, Asian and Hispanic young men as well.
