The Buddies list does not work for me, and I want to know how to use it, and Does anyone else have this problem?

To my knowledge it won't be revived, if you want to see if a buddy is online just check the whose online at the bottom of the page.

I think it's some code issue from an earlier version or something that couldn't work properly with all the tweaks done to ATS.
I don't think it ever worked.
