Not seeing anything either. Niether does a spell editor, which would have caught "one letter" missing/added in a word (with the exception of a missing apostrphe that it does edit).

I think that making small ceremonial gifts of cigarettes at the monuments to fallen comrades is a lovely gesture. Similar customs are followed by Mexican celebrants in rural area on the "Dia De Los Muertos" I think.

I've heard many vets express the difficulty of obtaining cigarettes in combat situations, and so I think it's sort of a recollection of the sacrifice they shared.

I just hope it doesn't offend the spirits of deceased veterans who didn't smoke.
