You could get the entire population (and I mean all 300 million plus) to sign the petition and Bush would still not tell us anything. Hell the guy has
already challenged over 750 laws so what would stop him from disregarding one more.
As far as how far censorship SHOULD go, well lets look at the first amendment.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or
of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
From what I can see here is that the govt is strictly prohibited from censoring ANYTHING.. but in practice this has never been the case. Just look at
the FCC.. their very existance is unconsitutional, but yet here they are.
Unfortunately we the people means about squat to the powers that be..and the saddest part is that we voted for these usurpers of freedom.
