Cheap Petrol & Deisel

A very good friend of mine sent me an email with a link to a non commercial site whose creator is trying to negotiate a petrol or deisel discount tfor his members.

I went to the site, read all the 'blurb' and decided to join. It is definately here in the UK but I am not too sure if it's anywhere else in the world.
