Well, the 2nd is called Shark AW-4 www.people.com.cn...
the first is model not UAV.

The first one just looks like a production line for what appear to be polystyrene (or something similar) models of planes. Target practice?

Thanks Emile. I wonder if it's in production.

Anyway, gFad, re the top pic. Targets was my first thought too but it seems an unusual layout for a target, not least because it doesn't look anything like any likely enemy aircraft - its closest resemblence is the Rafale.

Also, when considering whether the first pics show a target, it is clear that it is a target that they want to be hard to detect. Each of the "models" in the first pic are painted to look like partly cloudy skies and the pattern does not seem to be identical from "model" to "model." Looks to me like they are designed to be nearly undetectable visually from the ground.

I wonderif this is some sort of unannounced UAV? It looks like where the canopy would be on a manned craft has been covered with a shielding of sort-Hardware perhaps?
