Looks good.

But on the other hand, I hate sites that preload the images, they take forever to load in a slow connection.

Nice flash mate, i like how the navigation pleloads and how the left/right buttons work out. Smooth andSeemless. keep it up.

Going to rip it appart this weekend. It dosnt look professional enough,

I think it should be a little more obvious what the site is about. Right now, you will have to explain what the site is for when you give a link. Maybe a header (above the flash box) with a title
