Look at Oxana Fedorova, no cosmetics, no plastic surgery, no makeup, just natural beauty. Miss Universe probably doesn't let them wear makeup and if that's the case, that's good!!! Ok, first of all, Halle looks better with LONG hair. Second, she's not even close to Oxana! Maybe you like black girls or something, but I know black guys who drool over my pictures of Oxana. Well maybe its just your taste. Many earlier in this thread agreed that Oxana is hella hot, but in favor of Halle Berry, I only see you. I kinda liked the that one scene in swordfish, if you know what I mean Oxana doesn't do those kinds of scenes, but that's ok I still to Oxana. I'm sure there are hotter women, but I can't find any yet (internet isn't that good after all :lol so until I do, Oxana's the best.
