Living in Austin, Texas, I get some of the nicest examples of weather manipulation. Lately we've been getting some powerful lightning storms that are most certainly manipulated. It always happens right after these planes zooming around dropping their contrails bring us ample cloud cover, then the fireworks start going off. So today I saw all these planes at work, and I'm thinking some awesome, powerful lightning show will be going down tonight or tomorrow.

Also, people always wonder who would be flying these planes and doing this stuff without the word getting out. These dudes got remote controlled planes too, and the software and technology to coordinate these flights with all the other air traffic.

Interesting, tomorrow you have a 0% chance of precipitation, so let's see what happens. Do other people notice this? Could you snag some pictures of the planes/contrails for us to look at? Its an interesting concept, but I think we need to start doing what we can to figure out exactly how real this is, ie. examining the pictures to see if there's a difference in the formation and density of these trails, opposed to ones coming from normal air traffic and identifying the planes. If you have the opportunity, a pair of decent binoculars wouldn't be a bad idea to have along either so you could possibly get a better look for any characteristics that would better lead to the plane's identification.

Good luck with your prediction, but honestly, I'm hoping you're wrong. Only because if this could be officially disproven, it could be one thing less I have to be paranoid about!

You know, sometimes in Southern California we will get a really unpredictable solid cloud cover that pretty much covers all of Los Angeles and more. So solid that no matter what direction you look the clouds were thick, and there is absolutely NO holes or any type of breaks in the clouds to see the sky. Usually they start to appear around 2100 hours, and become solid at around midnight, even when the news forecast claims it will be a sunny the next day.

Sometimes I wonder if "they" can create cloud cover on demand to block civilians on the ground from visual contact with anything unusual happening above the clouds, or in outer space.
