There should be a button on the home page with very basic troubleshooting steps. Something like, "first do this, then this, and check back".
First, delete cookies and the contents of your cache. Firefox refers to "cache" and IE refers to "Temporary Internet Files". Close your browser,
open it back up and navigate to ATS. You'll probably have to login. Let us know the results of these steps.
