hi,
im still having problems with threads created since the server move in 'my ats'.
if i click on any of them i just get a blank white page. i also spotted today an old thread i posted in which had a reply today, but it isnt showing
up in my ats at all when it should have been at the top of the list.
can anyone figure out whats wrong please?

When you get a blank, white page, have you tried clicking refresh to see if that brings up the content?

yes, ive tried refresh on severl of the posts & even viewed the source code but there isnt any - its just all white

There should be a button on the home page with very basic troubleshooting steps. Something like, "first do this, then this, and check back".
First, delete cookies and the contents of your cache. Firefox refers to "cache" and IE refers to "Temporary Internet Files". Close your browser,
open it back up and navigate to ATS. You'll probably have to login. Let us know the results of these steps.

ive done both of them and still have the same problem. im using firefox 1.5.0.3 btw.
