Are moderators like Supreme Court Justices, moderators for life?

Hand shakes? Sneaking out in the darkness? Decoder rings? Black robes? Serving at the discretion of the administration? Sounds like a big conspiracy if I do say so myself!

I could be wrong but I do think that I saw a post by TC not to very long ago, so that leads me to believe he is still alive, well and amongst us here at ATS.

For life, the Moderatorship, the benefits are allegedly better than Government pay.

Personally I think that many of these Mods disappeared with the last time shift that effected Aus & NZ's position on the global map. Who would have ever thought that some of our mods would be sucked into the vortex too...

I thought maybe a Moderator had bumped it.

It was funny nonetheless and sad if Moderators get too busy.
