I don't believe that at all. North Korea is in a desperate position right now. They are making lots of threats to lots of different people in efforts just to save their country. All their people are starving, the military are the only ones that are getting "adequate" meals, and the entire nation as a whole isn't in a very stable state. N. Korea would be one of the last countries I can see the United States becoming an ally of.
