Charecter limit in background image field prevents image

Okay, am I the only one with this problem?
I uploaded an image to ATS, but the number of charecters in the file name is greater than the 30 charecter limit in the background image field.

ends up looking like

ats32527_Clive_Barker_Birds2.J

I noticed the background image not showing up the first time I spent my dough, so I checked again, and saw that this was the issue.

Is this a known issue? Am I doing something wrong? Is there life on Mars?

Yes I've had that happen to me...a long time ago. Just rename the file and re-upload it to your ATS space.

Shorten the file name on your hard disk and upload it again.

Prolly best to use the button for this kind of thing.

And no, there is no life on Mars. The reptilians destroyed it all on their way to Earth a million years ago or more. Coz they're mean like that.
