A Meeting of developing nations in Bali today will sign a pact supporting Iran's plans for a nuclear program.
The bombshell from D-8 nations, representing 14 per cent of the world's population, comes as Indonesia (the world's most populous Muslim nation) and
Iran agree to reciprocal visa arrangements, allowing unrestricted travel by residents of the two countries.
Indonesia is Australia's closest neighbour, and our Foreign Affairs spokesman Kevin Rudd says "it was alarming that Iran was spreading its influence
to our region."
"Iran funds terrorism and, under its current government, is not a force for security in the world"
