Legion of Lost Souls

Id really like to develop a story here with you. The story will eventually be used for a clan history but I think it would be cool to have all you contribute. Much like the three word story thread. I will start it off with a partial sentence and you finish it. If you want to add more thats fine. Just keep adding to it. Im trying to keep it dark and medievalish (sp). Thanks for your help, Im looking forward to your story.
One last thing, this is not a points thing I really want to develop a story so if you can...please lend a hand.

Long years and untold death had wearied his spirit and body, but the moment to make it right was now his.

Wiping clean the sins of years would take a courage he'd never used.

But he knew that deep within he had the courage to carry on and would do what he must to carry on.
