I know that Google works behind the scenes for both of these Countries does anyone out there know what they do. What protocol do they have so that there are no conflicts of interest.

Is it possible to run a company like that with these countries without there being conflicts of interest.

Does one country have the advantange to this deal over the other?

How could this equation spell disaster?

i don't think this is the best place for this thread (unless your question applies to ATS)...

from an ATS point-of-view, i am pretty sure that we have ATSers from china and (obviously) the USA...

so there might not be a conflict of interest here...

I am fairly certain that Google is used to monitor both "terrorists" and "predators" in the U.S. I'm not certain if they use Google as a source to spread their War propaganda or to cover up Classified Government Documents.

It is well known that Google in China sensors a lot of stuff from the Chinese people, this I believe is porn and the idea of China becoming a democracy.

Does anyone else have any other idea or knowledge of what Google is monitoring

I actually thought Google was the company that DOES NOT aid governments in their search for "terrorist" and "enforcement of child porn laws". I do know that other companies, like AT&T and Yahoo, have in fact aided at least the United States government; not sure about China.
