New Cloaking Device

I saw a show on another proposed method of generating a cloaking effect around an object. It I believe was a cold plasma field. I know that most plasmas generate an electro-magnetic field but this was claimed not to be detectable to electro-magnetic sensors. And if you were mounting this on an aircraft any rapid manuevering would sheer the plasma field off.

This method should it work would be much more effective in that it is built directly into the craft.
