Vical bird flu vaccine stops H5N1, maybe others

Topic started on 3-5-2006 @ 11:14 AM by El Tiante

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A bird flu vaccine being developed by San Diego-based Vical Incorporated (VICL.O) (That would be America, BTW)protects mice and ferrets against the feared H5N1 avian influenza virus, the company said on Tuesday.

It may also offer potential as a "universal" flu vaccine because it targets parts of the virus that all flu strains have, Vical and researchers testing the shot said.

This so-called cross-protection would mean that new vaccines would not have to be formulated every flu season and could provide a chance to stockpile vaccine ahead of a pandemic.

Even if the bird flu hits, sorry but I'll never take this vaccine. I prefer to be die, and I won't because I just think that bird flu is a hoax to make Roche profits. How did it killed? 95 deaths in 100 years? HAHAHA

And if everyone around me is being vaccinated, why do I would need to?

Well, if we smoke alot of Salvia Divinorum and sip on some Amanita Muscaria mushroom tea(both of which legal so I can use them as examples), we would come to see that the fastest way for a government to kill off a population is not to create a bird flu virus to kill millions hopefully, devoping and releasing 10-12 different strains. But, perhaps it is to make everyone afraid a large scale flu epedemic and having them take a virus themselves willingly; unknowingly.
