I am new here so I don't know if this has been noticed or brought up, but let me know what you all think....

That makes alot of sense, I always wondered about that since there are no mounts or anything to secure an object, and if it were an object that overcame gravity, what was the need for heavily reinforced concrete, but given waters density, a water tower would make sense...
