I don't think so either, nor do I believe that they 'lose' several trillion from the budget every year... it was 9 TRILLION 'unaccounted for' last fiscal year

If this doesn't make your blood boil I suggest having your pulse checked

FED has lent and spent 9 Trillion - Has no idea to whom or for what

I bet she makes more money than you and I together

Hi Zorgon,

Frankly, the 'credibility' of sites like 'camelot' or
'ufowatchdog', or of individuals like 'Burisch/Mcdowell',
for me is a non issue.

There is no credibility.

You wrote,

"In amongst the garbage the gems are hidden.
It is up to us to separate them"

...

I agree with that statement.

It's the crux of the matter.

Disclosure?

When it comes to ET,
the 'PTB' have not much to disclose really.

Sure, they could finally admit, we are not alone.

That's about it.

The GOV has not much of a clue.

Admitting ET, would be like admitting their impotence.

They are ultimately NOT in control of disclosure.

ET is.

Hence, the extreme controversy and spin.

Most, if not all the relevant facts the GOV has,
are already available in the public domain.

They just haven't been labeled 'officially' as facts yet.

To complicate matters,

Some non-facts are 'officially' being labeled as facts.

...

So, how do we set out to find those gems?

Not even Jesus Christ and Albert Einstein
claimed to have perfect knowledge.

So, are we to blindly 'trust' our lesser brethren,
when it comes to truth finding?

Let's put the issue of 'trust' aside.

The problem is not 'trust',
the issue is rather, imperfect knowledge.

It is easy to design an internally logical model of a reality.

If you would only look at the model, it may
appear to be ticking like a clock work.

When correlated to (an aspect of) reality,
it may turn out to be entirely useless.

Truth finding, is not about finding facts only.

Facts too, reflect imperfect knowledge.

Facts can, and facts do change,
and they grow old and obsolete.

...

The ultimate cause of finding the right answers,
is asking the right questions.

Besides the importance of being very
critical about the answers one finds,
it is even more important to be very critical
about the kind of questions that are being
raised or ignored.

If one fails to ask the right questions,
very likely, the relevant facts will be missed.

One may end up wasting time and resources,
on exploring useless questions,
and gathering irrelevant answers.

I question the questions.
I question the answers.
I may answer some questions.

At times, it's just fun to play.

Zorgon,
you're right, I'm outraged by that. "So you're in charge of monitoring this 9 trillion dollars, what do you know about it???"
" er....aaahhhh...ummmm...could you repeat the question?"
Oh yeah that's a real confidence builder. It does make my blood boil!

Back on topic, I'm not a big Steven Greer fan, but I decided to listen to his 2009 Exopolitics Summit presentation in Barcelona, here:

www.ustream.tv...

What did I learn? Around 28m30s into the video, he admits he can't even figure out how to hook up a DVD player, his wife has to do that.

OK if any of you are waiting for this guy to be the one to bring you your free energy machines, I fear you will have a very long wait, as designing one of those takes a lot more technical know-how than hooking up a DVD player.

Other than that it was pretty entertaining, more fun than watching one of those movies on the sci-fi channel where they battle a giant fake looking CGI snake.

You start a website to collect them and by the power of attraction, gems will find you. It is the only reason I am still here at ATS

Not even Jesus Christ and Albert Einstein
claimed to have perfect knowledge.

Quite true BUT they gave us the clue to reality, if we only learn to look

Albert Einstein...

"Imagination is more important than knowledge."

"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds."

"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it."

"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."

Jesus....

Matthew 17:20 Jesus says quite clearly:

"For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. "

Arthur Schopenhauer

"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident."

"Everyone takes the limits of his own vision for the limits of the world."

Yoda:

“Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship.”

Luke:

“I can’t believe it.”

Yoda:

“That is why you fail.”

See the value of the Gems in those words and you will have truth find you

So, are we to blindly 'trust' our lesser brethren,
when it comes to truth finding?

Trust yes, most assuredly... blindly trust? No way in hell. The way to do that and go beyond ' imperfect knowledge' is to take the gem and work to make it into a finished piece of jewelery... but that requires getting of the computer and doing leg work

Facts can, and facts do change,
and they grow old and obsolete.

Constantly... but the new facts of Quantum Mechanics and Entanglement prove that the power of attraction is true and Einstein was right about reality being an illusion

Only problem is the chaos that will happen when many learn this truth and have not yet learned the skill or the wisdom to use it wisely...

And THAT, my friend is the reason secret societies were created

The ultimate cause of finding the right answers,
is asking the right questions.

Absolutely true. I have said so many times. It even applies to government 'secrets' You would be amazed at what is hidden in plain sight, if you but know the question

For example MISTY... misty is a word that will unlock many secret programs, but misty in itself without context will yield none of that

However is you add spy satellite to the search you will find an amazing tangle of secrecy and bungling that includes
A Secret Shuttle Mission
Robert Bigelow's involvement
The Team Scientists being stupid and patenting in public domain the secret of the stealth feature

The Pentagon anger over this
The 'exploding' of the satellite to say it was a failure.... but amateur astronomers spotted it after so the explosion was an attempt to cover its orbital shift

All that from one little word

I love the fact you've brought the
principles of repulsion and attraction
into this.

Very apt.

Is there any profounder enigma?

According to Ed Leedskalnin,
it is the secret to the the Universe.

Regarding Jesus Christ and Albert Einstein:

Agreed.

One reason I chose them as examples is
hoping no one was going to complain
about books/videos being sold..

Agreed.

But, it is also the reason why people need
to be educated and informed.

Chaos is created by keeping people uninformed and uneducated.

since Christ entered this world,

"Secret Societies" no longer serve any real purpose and
they were abandoned by their caretakers long ago.

These 'societies' have either been usurped
or re-invented by ordinary worldly powers.
.
The usurpers goal is to hide the Truth,
instead of preserving it, and passing it on.

The 'old school' is about Initiation through study/ritual.

The 'new school' is about Initiation by experience/action.

One can say,

It is a 'blasphemy' to look for priests, mediators
and authorities, and not to educate our 'lesser brethren'.

It's up to each one of us, now.

Hi. I am not an expert, but I have done a lot of private studies of the matters of human interaction and anthropology. I study psychology at the university of Roskilde, Denmark.

I have watched several of Steven Greers speeches on youtube, and his bodylanguage does not make him seem like a liar. At some points he tends to correct his glasses, but the background can be other matters than telling a lie. Eg. if it is an emotional response, it could just be, that he is concerned about, how well the audience receive his points and not that people consider him a liar. Although he might think that some people ARE sceptical and do consider him a liar, because of the fact that he is telling some pretty mind bending stuff. But my conclusion is that he is telling the truth, or at least believes in what he is saying.

Please try to be level-headed and don't quote mythical personages even if a member quoted such a personage. There is not historical evidence for Jesus, or the contents of the New Testament. There was no one following Jesus writing down every golden phrase so to quote him is to quote empty air. Good words come out of everyone, sometime in their lives. So, since no one knows who wrote what and whatever was written was done so many decades after the alleged non-historical events, the quoting is meaningless.

The topic is The Disclosure Project/Steven Greer a hoax? I do not see any disclosure of anything that will revolutionize the world or even UFOlogy for almost everything about UFOs is known and that is that we have no idea what they are, where they originate, and what propels them. Greer nor anyone is going to give you the answers to those questions. All you are going to get is reports of personal sightings or documents but no evidence.

I get very suspicious of criticisms where the attacker gets personal and cannot spell or uses words that don't exist.
What does the man's weight have to do with the data he presents, what does monosyclic mean and finally just because the guy scratches his nose it doesn't mean he's lying. It tells us more about YOU and your perception of the truth.
Did you mean monosyllabic or what, please enlighten us ?
You present NO evidence just assumptions.
Suppose ONE of the 400 is lying does that mean they are all lying ? NO !
EVIDENCE PLEASE Evidence.!!!!!

Now if thats right, and greer really is a fake.... well lordy lordy save us all!!!

Now here's one thought I had watching the disclosure project on disc... All the testimonies were sounding pretty solid, till this fat monosylic alledged ex-marine who said they found a UFO wedged into the side of a canyon oozing fluid.... Now look at him and his mannerisms... HE'S LYING! now how do we know this? watch - every time he talks about it, or adds more to his story, he scratches his nose - Not odd you say, well when PRESIDENT CLINTON was caught with his pants down so to speak, they found out during that great 'i did not have....' speech because, infront of some of the worlds best body language experts....he scratched his nose...They screamed liar, and they were right.

They said it WAS A TELL TALE sign of lying or concealing the truth...

So it has to be said that, if the above is true, at least one of greers witnesses is telling porkies!

Someone scratches his nose and that makes him a liar? Wow, better not pick up a cat. Hair on your nose could make you a liar. Sorry, the world is just not that black and white.

No, I don't think Greer is a fake. He seems passionate about what he does and he seems to like to brag somewhat, but I think he's genuine. I don't know why there's so much slander out there on him, I doubt any of them have met Greer personally. We have a strong tendency towards skepticism, criticism and ridicule in our society...
